How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working hard to bring Carbs Fuel to athletes worldwide in the near future.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days for a full refund or replacement.
Are Carbs Fuel products gluten-free and vegan?
Yes, all of our energy gels and drink mixes are formulated with 100% vegan ingredients and are certified gluten-free to ensure they are easy on your stomach during intense training.
How should I store my Carbs Fuel products?
For maximum freshness, store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. There is no need to refrigerate our gels, but they should be kept below 80°F (26°C).
Can I modify or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can skip a delivery, swap products, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle.
